    Nursery Teacher – Mr Ainger

    Mr Ainger is a seasoned nursery teacher with over 18 years of experience in education. He holds a BA from the University of Roehampton and an MA from the University of Exeter. Since joining the team in September 2024, he has brought his wealth of knowledge and passion for teaching to his students, having previously taught at various schools across the Midlands.

    Mr. Ainger is well-trained in Makaton, JABADAO, Wellcomm, conflict resolution, and Write Dance, ensuring a holistic approach to early years education.

    Mr Ainger believes deeply in the importance of setting children up for success from an early age.

    "Setting up children for a good start in this life is vital for their long-term well-being and success. If we get the early years right, then we can help children to reach their full potential."

     

    Teaching Assistant – Miss A Hewitt

    Miss Hewitt is a dedicated nursery teaching assistant with over three decades of experience in early years education. She holds NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications from University College Birmingham and became part of her current team in October 2020. Before joining Crown Meadow, Miss Hewitt spent 23 years in private day nurseries, taking time off in between to raise her two daughters.

    Miss Hewitt is well-versed in paediatric first aid, EpiPen administration, asthma management, food hygiene, and the JABADAO approach, which focuses on movement and play. Her guiding philosophy is to create a happy, safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

    Forest School Teacher and Reception Teacher - Mrs L Webster

    Mrs Webster has had over 20 years teaching experience across all ages from Nursery to Year 4, predominantly within the Early Years. She is passionate about the Early Years and believes that each child is unique and strives to equip children with a love of learning.  She believes that children learn though play and actively promotes outdoor learning. She can often be found in our outdoor area instilling a love of the natural world and fostering curious minds.

    Mrs Webster is also a Forest School Leader with over 10 years’ experience. She enjoys teaching children about nature and caring for the environment.
