  • Sustainability

Our school is committed to sustainability as a core value that shapes our culture, curriculum and daily practice. We believe that education plays a vital role in preparing children to understand environmental challenges and to act responsibly for the future.

    Sustainability in the Curriculum

Sustainability is embedded across the curriculum and taught in age-appropriate, meaningful ways. Children explore environmental, social and economic sustainability through subjects such as science, geography and design technology. Learning encourages critical thinking, problem-solving and informed decision-making, empowering children to become responsible global citizens.

    Responsible Practice

We actively promote sustainable practices within school life, including reducing waste, conserving energy and valuing natural resources. Children are encouraged to take ownership of these actions and to understand the impact of their choices.

    Commitment to the Future

Our approach reflects our high expectations and supports children in developing the knowledge, skills and values needed for a sustainable future. We are committed to continuous improvement and to working with our community to create a positive environmental impact.

We offer ongoing access to second-hand uniform - please do contact our school office if you would like to view our collection - they are more than happy to help.
