This could be the Teaching Assistant you have been waiting for!
We are a two-form entry First School with the most fabulous Nursery taking children from aged 2 years. With our Connected Curriculum being embedded, a staff team focused on Quality First Teaching, a NCETM Maths Lead as your Deputy Head and a PFI managed building – this is a wonderful school to work in.
Our school is nestled in the heart of a village with an incredibly supportive parent community. The PTA are established and community counts here.
Children talk about our school being ‘respectful and kind’. They say that ‘everyone is welcome here’ and know that we respect all, focus, work hard and enjoy friendships. In assembly during the week this advert went live, children said they go to ‘the school of kindness!’
With a year of change behind us – phonics, implementing the CUSP curriculum and other schemes such as The Story Project for PHSE, we are ready for our new Teaching Assistant to help us to boost progress over time for our Key Stage 2 children. Although, you could be asked to work anywhere in school to meet the children's needs.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is skilled, experienced and really wants to work at Crown Meadow. Initially the TA would work with small groups to boost progress.
