Year 3 - Fingerprint Detectives
Thu 16 Mar 2023Fingerprint Detectives! The children were completing observational drawing of their fingerprints & then printed their fingerprints onto sellotape using pencil rubbings. The children loved learning about how all our fingerprints are different!

Tue 14 Mar 2023Year 2 have been busy completing STEM activities. Every child had a different job role; Builder, Supplier, Engineer or Director. The children loved undertaking this role & transforming lego into a building!

Red Nose Day - Friday 17th March
Tue 14 Mar 2023Red Nose Day returns to Crown Meadow! We will be celebrating Red Nose Day by inviting the children to wear non-uniform with an item of red clothing! It could simply be as our red school jumper or why not go all out with a sparkly red dress or a red checked shirt?! We are not expecting you to buy anything new for the children - have a rummage through the wardrobe! We want to keep costs down & stay sustainable.
This year, the event focuses on raising money and awareness around the cost of living crisis, as millions of people across the world and the UK need support now more than ever.
We are asking for donations towards Comic Relief - 100% of proceeds will be donated to charity. There is no minimum requirement; whatever you can afford to spare. The class teachers will have an envelope for your child to donate spare change into at the start of the day.
